fix(macos): remove NSMicrophoneUsageDescription to suppress spurious mic prompt
cpal/CoreAudio triggers macOS TCC mic check during output device enumeration. Without NSMicrophoneUsageDescription, macOS silently denies input access instead of showing a dialog — output playback is unaffected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
