fix(themes): WCAG contrast audit for wnamp/ubuntu/w11/powerslave/dracula/vision-*
Raise text-muted, borders, grips and waveform tokens to AA/AAA where they fell below threshold. Add component-level overrides (col-resize grip, focus ring, scrollbar thumb) to themes whose --ctp-surface1 collided with --bg-card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
