Psychotoxical da1ad78fbe diag(#1090): log device-watcher default-device polling ...

TEMPORARY diagnostic logging to pinpoint why the app does not follow the
Windows system-default output device change (#1090). Logs every poll the
pinned device + cpal current_default vs last_default, and an explicit line
when Case 1 (system default changed) fires. Not for merge — revert before
the real fix lands.
